Recruitment

So I was thinking we should start recruiting higher level players. We're moving up in the ranks and fighting better teams now. It's awesome that we're getting new members that stick with us while they level up and build better decks but I don't think we can keep winning wars if we're only recruiting lower level members. Maybe put a recruitment ad out for level 30+ active players and see how that works? I've never tried recruiting so if anyone has some tips could you please chime in? Also, let me know what you guys think about this.

I think we should accept everyone. Then we could kick inactive players that stay on their 10-20 lvl. More people - more good players. We have plenty of free slots and even lvl 20+ player can fight in wars with positive balance (using imperial rally to kill ogres for example, with II spam on defence).

I am of the mindset to allow them in, and help them out to build the decks that will win wars. we might lose a few wars while they get built up, but I remember taking several weeks to get enough good cards to build a half decent defense deck let alone a good one.

That sounds good. How should we go about getting new members?

Ok, I just joined the tyrant fansite, and it seems that there is a faction recruitment page on there, we could always come up with something that goes in that location. I do not see how to add us to it, but that could be because I dont know where to look

Alright I'll switch you to the leader on the fansite. It made me the leader because I was the first to join the faction on the fansite and Studio never logged on when he played. Once you're the leader you'll probably be able to find it.

You should be able to use the faction settings now.
